A New Musical Chapter

Playing music has been a part of my life since I was six. That was a longer time now than I sometimes care to admit, even to myself. In my head and my heart, I am forever twenty-five. Although the journey, at times, has been challenging, I still have a desire and passion to write, compose and perform music. I suspect I will carry this with me until the day I can no longer carry myself.

As I approach that day, I find myself at a time of reflection and progression; where have I been and where am I going? From a six-year-old child playing the accordion to a soon-to-be sixty-year-old multi-instrumentalist, self-producing, video-creating, song-writing rock expressionist, I have decided where my new musical chapter lies.

I am building this website to share my musical journey and discovery with whoever finds it interesting or valuable. My last two albums, From Another Time and Next We Rock were the beginning of this. They are mostly updated full reproductions of songs I have written over the years with the best production, gear, and experience I have accumulated while on this path. I am working on the third of this idea and will share that journey with this website through BLOGs.

I also plan to BLOG the hell out of this next chapter. I want to share my thoughts on music, songwriting, my story in music, stories about my songs, random thoughts, the progress I am making in all of the above, and more. I hope it will become a place for people to find and enjoy.

In the last year, I discovered an online indie music community that is thriving and I intend to share that music and knowledge as well. There are so many amazing unknown musicians and songwriters out here that I am devoting a page to them that needs their input.

So... I want to give back... if you are an indie musician and want to be shared, please submit yourself here.

If accepted, I will give a micro-review and post it on my website. Please share this with the indie community. I may go deeper and give a full BLOG review on my site. It is up to you, indie community. I want to share your work with others; help me do that.
